HOW DO I PLACE A RENTAL ORDER?

DO YOU HAVE A RENTAL ORDER MINIMUM?
Our rental order minimum is $4000.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?
Absolutely! Sample orders may be picked up from/and returned to our Sai Kung office free of charge. Please note, a rental order inquiry must be submitted prior to requesting samples.
HOW SOON SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
We cannot guarantee the availability of items until an order has been finalised by paying a deposit. Due to fluctuating inventory and high demand, we recommend that you place your order at least 1 month prior to your event.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We understand that things can change last minute! We are always happy to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes that may occur. Changes that are made 3 business days prior to rentals leaving the warehouse will incur a rush order fee.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT YOUR ITEMS FOR?
Our standard rental period for local events is up to two days. If you need inventory for a longer period of time, an associated extended rental fee would apply. Please email us at email@example.com for more info.
DO YOU RENT OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG?
Yes! We are always excited to be a part of events worldwide and look forward to discussing the details and gathering the necessary information. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE MYSELF?
We do not allow rental orders to be picked up from our warehouse. Our team of friendly Pumpkin reps actually deliver and pick up your rental order directly to and from the venue.
WHAT IS A SCULLERY REP & WHAT SERVICE DO THEY PROVIDE?
We have a dedicated team of Pumpkin scullery reps who take care of the rental inventory from start to finish. Our team will deliver rentals directly to the venue and will return back to provide scullery. During scullery our Pumpkin reps will receive used rentals back from catering/banquet staff who are clearing tables during the event, and our reps will clean off any big food items, slosh glassware, and repack all inventory per our process. At the conclusion of the event our scullery reps will search the venue for any missing rentals and then load out. This unique service allows for peace of mind as there is a committed team member in charge of and trained in cleaning, repacking, and searching for Pumpkin rentals.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY & PICK UP?
For orders of a certain size we can accommodate a delivery/pick up without scullery service. Please email us at email@example.com to get more information.
CAN I REUSE / REWASH RENTALS FOR MULTIPLE USE?
Rentals are for single use only and cannot be washed and reused. If you would like to include additional inventory to your order (i.e. an extra round of forks for dessert) or have a multiple day event, just let us know and we’d be happy to assist in figuring out your additional needs.
DO I NEED TO WASH RENTALS AFTER USE?
That won’t be necessary as we have a fabulous warehouse team who carefully wash all of our rentals according to specific washing protocols based on each individual item’s unique features (i.e. 24k gold details, delicate china, etc.) in order to keep the integrity and quality of our rentals. However, we do ask that you remove/wipe food from plates and liquid from glassware prior to repacking. If your order has a scullery rep included, then they’ll take care of that for you.
CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM YOUR RENTAL INVENTORY?
Our rental inventory is not available for purchase. However, if you are looking for something specific, please do get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss sourcing it for you.
